The Team Behind the Bear
North Bear Land & Snow Inc. is a locally owned property maintenance company serving Waterloo, Kitchener, and Cambridge in every season.
One Local Team, Every Season
North Bear Land & Snow Inc. provides reliable, year-round property maintenance across Waterloo, Kitchener, and Cambridge. From lawn mowing, landscaping, and yard cleanups to residential and commercial snow removal, our team keeps your property clean, safe, and looking its best in every season.
Most property owners juggle one company for summer and another for winter, and quality slips through the gap between them. North Bear was built to close that gap. The crew that mows your grounds in July is the same company clearing your lot in January, working to one standard, on one agreement, with one number to call.
We are commercial-first by design. Plazas, offices, and multi-unit properties across the tri-cities rely on us because we treat openings, liability, and documentation as part of the job, not paperwork after it. Residential clients get the same discipline on a home scale.
Locally owned
Proudly Canadian, Genuinely Local
We are not a franchise or a national call centre. North Bear Land & Snow Inc. is owned and operated right here in the tri-cities, with crews that drive the same streets they clear. When you call, you reach people who know exactly where Fairway Road, Northfield Drive, and Hespeler Road are, because we were probably just there.
That local footing is why we can promise commercial site visits within 24 hours, and why our winter routes are built around how storms actually move through Waterloo Region.
